Sanja represents clients in labour dispute cases and prepares due diligence on contentious employment law issues. She also acts on behalf of clients in both judicial and out-of-court proceedings related to commercial law. Recently, her work has expanded to include drafting legal remedies and representing clients in administrative proceedings related to public procurement, as well as in administrative court disputes arising from such procedures. As a licensed industrial property rights representative, Sanja provides legal support in procedures for the registration and protection of trademarks, patents, and industrial designs before the State Office of Industrial Property, including representation in related administrative and court proceedings.
