Competition law

Markets constantly change due to new technologies, digitalisation and overall social changes. That is also the case with the Macedonian economy because it is strongly connected with the EU’s economy.
North Macedonia has almost 30 years of experience implementing competition law policies, and the public enforcement of competition law rules still prevails. Macedonian Competition Rules comply with the EU rules, and the Macedonian Commission for Protection of Competition strictly follows the practices of the EU Commission.
